Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

If the customer initiates a cancellation request before the order is shipped, and within the cancellation period stated above, the order can be cancelled and you will get a full refund.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after signing for (receiving) the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All accessories, manuals and free gifts (if any) must be included.

To complete your return, we require:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase or receipt

  • Reason for return

  • Name and contact information

Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the correct return address before shipping it back.


Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund, unless the item is defective or damaged due to our fault.

If the return is caused by the consumer (for example: change of mind, wrong item ordered), the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged, defective, or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of a product.


Return Packaging Requirements

  • The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during transportation.

  • We recommend using the original packaging.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging during return shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment (credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other original payment channel).

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after approval.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
