You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returns are accepted if:

You received the wrong item
The item is unused and in its original condition
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom printed or personalized apparel
Worn or washed items
Clearance or final sale items
Email us at postmaster@soardream.com with your order number and photos (if applicable)
Our support team will provide the appropriate return warehouse address
After inspection, refunds are processed within 7–15 business days
If the issue is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost
For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
